Hair is the main factor for the human body, which reflects a person’s personality. Your good look totally depends on the kind of hair you have. Hair loss can be traced to heredity, disease or stress. Now a day’s through natural hair restoration the surgeons employs the hair transplantation again very naturally, which is an effective and permanent solution of scalp problem.

Keratin is the protein which composed hair. Each hair strand comprises a hair follicle and hair shaft, and has three layers. Modula (Inner Layer) is found in large thick hair. Cortex (Middle Layer) provides the hair its color and texture. Cuticle (Outer Layer) protects the cortex.

Hair growth is a constant process naturally in health people. Because new hair cells are being constantly formed at the base of the follicle. The growth occurs after the male sex hormone androgen activates specific areas of the body.

Hair growth depends on a host of factors led by heredity. Besides, the hair on the scalp grows faster than on the leg. In genetically determined hair loss no new hair follicles get formed.

Hair growth cycle consists of three phases.

    1. Anagen is the first growth phase. Anagen phase is the reawakening of the follicle’s growth stage where a newly formed hair begins to grow. Growth rate depends on different factors like body part, gender and a person’s hormonal constitution.

2. Catagen is the second and involuting or regressing phase. Hair growth slows down in the second phase and continues into the last phase.

3. Telogen the third and the resting phase. In it the hair separates from the dermal papilla and becomes incapable of receiving nourishment. No new cell gets formed and the inactive hair is kept in the place by a thin stand of epidermal cell.

Today many surgeon doing lot of hair transplantation reasearch for positive result in transplantation. Lets pray for natural and healthy hair growth for each of us.
